As a media and communications director and editor, Julian has more than 30 years’ experience in the UK, Europe and North America.
He has worked at a senior editorial and journalistic level for Emap Media, Argus Specialist Publications and Reed Business Information, including as the founding editor of Utility Europe. He was an account director for the PR agency Mapa PR for ten years and has excellent media contacts at a local, regional and national level including print, online, radio and TV.
He has been a trustee at Artlink (Hull) since 2007, chairing this Arts Council England NPO between 2013-16.
